My Original bouquet was white roses… but the operator had to change it into red because the white flowers was not delivered! After a phonecall I agreed to change them! It is nice that we get feedback of delivery dates and hours, but it would be very nice if the person who makes the order can get a photo of the end result before delivery !

Dear all, Thank your for your professional services, the customer support and delivery was excellent. the only point is the flowers delivered are little bit different from the order ones. i ordered <Leah Bouquet of roses and mixed seasonal flowers in delicate colors, decorated with greenery.> but on the bouquet delivered contains gerberas and daisies. Need holiday choices

The bouquet does not really look like the photo as it was supposed to include tulips but it did not. The service however is excellent, really appreciate the ordee confirmation and delivery by sms and email. The website is also very user friendly for the orders and very efficient and practical.
