Hi, everything was going great until I received a call on Sunday night (Australian time) to tell me that the chocolates that I ordered with the flowers would not be delivered. That was disappointing because Mum loves chocolates.

The delivery went very well and I was informed at every step. The only disappointment was that the plant I chose (Ficus bonsai) in the picture did not look at all like the one delivered. The delivered plant looked just like a plant, like a regular Ficus, not bonsai at all. The wine was good. Happy to provide pictures if you want.

Do Not Mixup fresh with no fresh roses .. you can see the differences...according to my wife.

The. Roses delivered were only 4 instead of 5 as expected and showed and described in the selected option (it was quiet disappointed) It would be great to see a picture that shows what is the different between standard arrangement, Deluxe arrangement, Premium Arrangement
