Tutto è andato benissimo, sicuri ed affidabili. Un appunto però vorrei farlo, bisognerebbe dire da subito le modalità di consegna e non lasciare la scritta dalle 9 alle 21 perchè, come nel mio caso, c'era l'esigenza di una consegna entro le 14 per cui se l'avessi visto prima di pagare avrei fatto la scelta di spedirlo oggi e non ieri. Per il resto siete stati bravissimi. Grazie

Hello. The basket of flowers arrived safely and on time. However, it was not what I had ordered. My order was for 'Nadine', a basket with only roses and at a cost of 112 euros. What my sister received was very different, with a few roses, and several other flowers. I phoned the providers in Madrid, as I needed to add something to the card, and they said that because Monday 8th had been a holiday in Spain, they did not get enough roses from the suppliers. They were really nice and helpful, I have to say. However, had I know that they could not deliver 'Nadine' as it appears on your website, I would have chosen a different bouquet. In any case, I think that the bouquet that was delivered in the end was probably cheaper as it just had a few roses. I can send you pictures of the actual bouquet if you wish, as received by my sister in Madrid. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Isabel
