My order was changed from Sunflower to a bunch of orange gervera. While the new bouquet was still lovely, I rather had my original order delivered. Your team tried to reach me but it was 2 am in the morning in Sydney. So, I suggest you consider the time zones difference.

It would be great to introduce a selection of cards to choose from for the message to be written on. And an option for the sender to be able to choose a card featuring a picture from their own photo library. This would make it even more special for the recipient. Overall great service. Thank you!
