Thank you for delivery. Birthday lady was very happy and surprised. Good and flexible service. Some suggestions: I think more clear instructions for the case reciepent isn't on place might be good. As I didn't know how you will proceed, I've paid extra for the morning delivery, yet you could agree with reciepent for the late afternoon Also I am a bit disappointed that flowers were changed without consulting with me. Good that the colour in general have not changed, but Lilja never would be my first choice.
