No suggestions. Customer Service was fantastic and made a great effort to get in touch with me when things didn't go quite right. They listened to instructions that suited my recipient well and they received their flowers in great condition! Excellent work guys!

My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet and it was not at all what I ordered. It was supposed to be a basket - no basket was included and the flowers were not in the same color tone or quantity as what was shown in the photo. The customer service lady did call me in Dubai to try to confirm the recipient’s phone number which I appreciated. I just wish it would have been what I ordered.

Even though there was a problem with the recipient's address, the Team of Euroflora was really patient and helpful. The flowers were stunning! I have not received any feedback regarding the cake but it looked very nice. I would absolutely use this service again. Thank you ❤️
