Flowers should be as on the photo, if not possible changes should be offered. It is not the same on the photo as delivered, it is smaller number of flowers. Understanding that it is not easy to match completely the issues remain. tx much

I have just received a WhatsApp photo of my granddaughter in Sweden (I am in South Africa) receiving her beautiful floral birthday gift from Euroflora. I am so delighted! When the potted flower I ordered was not of the supplier's quality when they received it, they suggested an alternative (or a refund if I wanted it). I left the choice replacement to them and it could not have been better - an exquisite multi coloured pink bouquet of potted orchids - and what's more, in the pink colour theme of her birthday.
