Excellent Customer Experience and Service. I had to send flowers from Toronto, Canada to Pescara, Italy. Website is simple to navigate. I received an email confirmation immediately after my order was placed, and when the flowers were delivered. The recipient of my flowers was very pleased and impressed, as the flowers were absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended, and will definitely use again! Grazie di Cuore!

I ordered flowers from Australia for my friend in Brescia. Your website is so easy to use, the flowers are absolutely stunning and your wonderful driver went out of his way to ensure my friend received the flowers easily. I will definitely be ordering from you again! Amazing service!

The service was very good. I was sent a photo of the basket of plants by the recipient as a thank you. I was very disappointed with what was delivered. The picture in the website showed some vibrant begonias but the basket display that was delivered was of mini conifers, fern, heather and a small plant. It would have been much appreciated if the display consisted of floral colourful plants and why was it so different to what was shown on the website? We would have preferred floral plants if begonias were not available instead of leafy plants. A disappointment with the plant display.

Difficult to tell from a WhatsApp photo, but disappointed with the quantity of flowers for the price.
