The data "sender", name, email, telephone, will be kept only for statistical purposes and for the communication of any news on the service, if it has expressed such will when ordering. At any time, immediate cancellation may be requested by sending an explicit request in the manner indicated in the paragraph "Deleting personal data".
Recipient Data:
Recipient data are limited to:

The personal data of the "recipient", in some cases, given the nature of the service and for the success of the same, can be transmitted to "third parties" (Florists or Companies that hold a network of florists, both in EU and EXTRA UE ) and used only and only for the good management of the service and for the time necessary to make the delivery correctly. The ticket management is done through the opening of a pop-up (a window outside the main site) with the web address www.florachat.pro, this site is our property for which the management, the mode and the responsibility of personal data to which it must refer is that described on this page. We do not use ticket or chat management programs or services, products or property of third parties.
Data transmission "Recipient" to non-EU subjects:
In some cases it may be necessary to transmit the personal data of the recipient to third parties (Florists or Companies that hold a network of florists) located in non-EU countries or in the European Economic Area.
In this circumstance, we ensure the adoption of adequate guarantees (such as the signing of contractual clauses within the modules that are sent from time to time to florists for the acceptance of the service at each individual delivery) with the foreign company receiving the data; these clauses guarantee a level of data protection corresponding to that established by European legislation.
Purpose and publication of the "nominative" data of the sender in the feedback list:
Upon delivery, the system sends an email confirming that the delivery has been successful. In order to increase the quality of the service, in the same email a short form is inserted to express their satisfaction, specifically it is required to give a "score" regarding the quality of the service, the after-sales assistance, the punctuality of delivery as well as the possibility of inserting a short optional message. The user can express his evaluation by choosing between three values: excellent, good and poor. All express assessments will be published online in a dedicated space, called "feedback page", publicly visible, the following will be displayed: the Name (of the sender), the score of the evaluation and the inserted message. The purpose of feedback is simply to communicate to new customers the satisfaction rating of users who have already used our service. The user can at any time request the removal of his own feedback and therefore of the data displayed in the manner indicated in the paragraph "personal data deletion".
